[fpc-devel]OpenGL extension support improved

Hi everybody,

an updated version of the glext unit (for OpenGL extensions) is now 
available via CVS (directory packages/extra/opengl).
It is a small modification from the glext unit of delphi3d.net (WGL 
extensions, which only exist on Windows, are $IFDEF excluded for other 
platforms). The new unit supports all known extensions, and it finally 
has simple helper functions to load extensions.
