[fpc-devel]bug report - bad time measuring

hi

I want to measure time in miliseconds... so I use NOW function...
it returns in its one item miliseconds past midnight... but those miliseconds
are in fact only seconds multiplyed by 1000... so its not very accurate...

is there any way how to measure time in smaller units?? or would be possible to
implement now to behave correctly? (libc wrapper?)
