Hello,<br>
<br>
Martin asked how we intend to go about git commit authors/emails.<br>
These can of course be manipulated at will in Git.<br>
<br>
But gitlab can place some restrictions on what is pushed to the repo:<br>
<br>
<a href="https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/push_rules/push_rules.html" rel="noreferrer noreferrer" target="_blank">https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/push_rules/push_rules.html</a><br>
<br>
>From what I understood, the lazarus team is looking at<br>
"Check whether the commit author is a GitLab user"<br>
and<br>
"Reject unverified users"<br>
<br>
(the difference between those two is not clear to me)<br>
<br>
Any opinions on this ?<br>
<br>
There are many other options.<br>
I only propose to forbid pushing executables (*.exe) or even object files (*.o).<br></blockquote></div></div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">I take it you wanted to send this to core? </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Regards, </div><div dir="auto">Sven </div><div dir="auto"><div class="gmail_quote"><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex">
