    AFAIK, generally, such binary (file-, Network transfer, ....)

    formats are not supposed to be "natively" portable. To be portable

    they should be either propriety (defined by the <b>single</b>

    application that uses them) or Text-based (such as XML or

    "INITFILE"). <br>
