By chance I was looking at help page for compiler switches
regarding optimazations:<br>

And I wonder if the switches below "LEVEL3" (eg. REGVAR,
UNCERTAIN, ...) must be explicit applied during a compile or<br>
if they are included in some of the levels? <br>
<br>
If they are indeed included when selecting a level, perhaps the
manual should be updated such that it is clear<br>
which optimizations belongs to each level.<br>
