<p>As you said sparc-solaris is a minority target so it would be very helpful if you could test with trunk as well. If the problem does not appear there you could ask whether the fixes could be merged back. Otherwise you report a bug for 2.7.1 and then ask to merge it back once that is fixed. Though it's likely that your help will be required because of the seldomness of your target.</p>
