[fpc-pascal] Strange issue with TXMLConfig

Hmm, I remember there are two ways how to work with XML: Laz2_xxx and fcl-xml. My idea was that you got some wrong TDOMNode in the path.

 I'm using FPC 3.0.4 indeed. No dependency to the LCL.
