[fpc-pascal] AT-SPI fpc compatible ?

Maybe assistive technology (AT) could be very useful in industry too.
Imagine a program who commands some machine. It could be that in the local there is not good light, that the screen is difficult to read, so AT can "speaks" the command entered, much safer for the user...
