You must use the ext-3.0.0/docs/output folder as input for the exttopascal
tool. All files will normally be written in the current directory, so
you should execute this command in the expascal directory. It will create
the Ext.pas file. (and others)

I have submitted a series of patches to improve the exttopascal tool,
but they have not yet been integrated in the extpascal distribution.
