[fpc-pascal] Inconsistency detected by ld.so

Using the examples from the test suite for an .so and a host program
(http://svn.freepascal.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/trunk/tests/webtbs/tw12704a.pp?view=markup
and http://svn.freepascal.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/trunk/tests/webtbs/tw12704b.pp?view=markup),
when I run the host program I get:

$ ./tw12704b
Inconsistency detected by ld.so: dl-fini.c: 195: _dl_fini: Assertion
`ns != 0 || i == nloaded' failed!

It seems this is a fairly recent development, but I'm at a loss as to
what causes it.

My setup is just a generic Ubuntu 9.10 32-bit installation (uname -a
reports: Linux tlacuache-laptop 2.6.31-15-generic #50-Ubuntu SMP Tue
Nov 10 14:54:29 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux).

FPC 2.4.0 from http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/fpc/tags/release_2_4_0
(revision 14294).

Any ideas? Should I file a bug report?
