[fpc-pascal] What's the difference between fpc224 and fpc231?

Not anymore. We are just past the branchpoint of 2.3.1.  2.5.1 is now
unstable.

So
2.2.4 : the last release of the previous branch
2.3.x : the former development branch that is being stabilised to become
	the 2.4 series.
2.5.x : the unstable branch.

But of course the difference between 2.3.x and 2.5.x is still very small.
