[fpc-pascal] WideUpperCase on Mac OS X / Intel -> Runtime error 215

Hello,

apparently the WideUpperCase function does not work, what can I do?

I get a runtime error 215 when I call it.

I am using fpc-2.2.0 with Lazarus.
