[fpc-pascal] Turbo Pascal Mode Bug?

Funny. Free Pascal does not respect ISO Pascal, because it respects 
Turbo Pascal. :) Turbo Pascal in turn, does not respect ISO Pascal, 
because it respects UCSD Pascal.
