[fpc-pascal]new Docs problem

Michael the html & htm files are still for me dated last year, tho' the
others are 2002... was there an update problem- fix? J
  
All formats have been updated:
  Postscript
  Adobe PDF
  TeX DVI
  TXT (plain ascii)
  html
  htm (html with 8.3 filenames)
Careful, some of the zips are quite large, as there are more than 1000
pages in the printable version. (sizes up to 2.6Mb)

Comments on omissions, errors etc. are welcome.
