[fpc-pascal]GNU Utilties

I'm not a subscriber, but if anyone knows the answer to this question, please let me know? 

I can't see where the GNU Utilities .zip files are found for the W32 version from the download site.  I have download utilw32.zip, but it does not contain GNU Utilities and the option is greyed out on the Installer.  Same goes for the DOS version, I downloaded "Utilities" and the installer highlighted "extra Utilities" not GNU Utilitities.....am I doing something wrong.  I need MAKE, but can't find it!!!  It kind of difficult to run the Windows demos if you can't "make".
