[fpc-pascal]default parameters?

Is the Dynamic array addition 'safe' to use yet, or is it wise to wait a
little longer?

I also have another question:- Will it be possible to change the length of
the array on the fly with SetLength, say making an existing Dynamic array
larger, and still retain the data currently in the array?
