No. But 'different'.

Check the single sample source code in the examples dir for a start. You can
try to find WWW sites explaining Win16 GUI programming for BP7 - it's not
much different to FPC.

Get the MS Platform SDK help from http://msdn.microsoft.com/
Or on the Borland FTP site you can get a not so up-to-date but smaller help
file.
