[fpc-pascal]Glade/Gtk+ and FreePascal

At the moment I'm writing on an OOP wrapper of GTK+ for FPC. It's far
away from being ready, but if you like, you can have a look at it.

If you are interested in implementing your xml->pas translator with my
GTKpas, please let me know.
