[fpc-other] Smart Mobile Studio compiler is now free

Hello together!

I've just read this and considering that Michael is working on a Pascal 
to JS converter I thought that I should mention it here as well. The 
compiler used by Smart Mobile Studio to convert Pascal to JS code is now 
released for free (without RTL and Co. though):

There is no information on the license yet, nevertheless it might be 
interesting to at least play around with it. :)
