in the D:\fpc-2.4.2\packages\winceunits\src\Phone.pp, there is a bug:

function PhoneSeekCallLog(hdb:HANDLE;
                          _seek:CALLLOGSEEK;
                          iRecord:DWORD;
                          piRecord:LPDWORD):HRESULT; external PhoneDLL name 'PhoneGetCallLogEntry';

this should be defined as:

function PhoneSeekCallLog(hdb:HANDLE;
                          _seek:CALLLOGSEEK;
                          iRecord:DWORD;
                          piRecord:LPDWORD):HRESULT; external PhoneDLL name 'PhoneSeekCallLog';
