    I never used gitlab before, so my question might be very stupid!<br>

    I am trying to follow the instruction <a

    to create a patch. I have created a <a

      href="https://gitlab.com/freepascal.org/fpc/source/-/issues/40578">Feature

      Request</a> but cannot figure out how to create a MergeRequest?  <br>
