<p>Normally it should work if you do "utils/fpcm/fpcmake -Tall -r" inside the main source directory. If you do this on DragonflyBSD and it doesn't work then you might still have a bug somewhere (in principal it should work, because I just used it this weekend on Mac OS X which is BSD as well).</p>

<p>Yes, the committer will regenerate them (most likely in a separate commit).</p>
