If you do proper top-down programming, usually there is no need to go and look.

If I see

     if F.NeedUnitTest then
       CreatePropertyUnitTest(Strings,CN,F);

then I know what CreatePropertyUnitTest does, I can follow the logic.
Most of the time, I do not need to know the details.
