Yes.

Although it's possible to get a report engine on top of it.

It would require a to use a XSLT to transform a xml data into a XSL-FO.

This would require some work:

- native XSLT processor like http://xmlsoft.org/XSLT/
- native XSL-FO "renderer" like http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/
