[fpc-devel] fpdoc - linear output missing example nodes

Hi Michael,

Sorry to bug you so much with fpdoc stuff, but I really want to finish this
IPF Output Writer once and for all.

In the keyboard.xml file under the additional topics "Writing a keyboard
driver", the PDF and IPF output (any linear writer descendant) has no
examples, but when you view the online HTML output, it has two examples.

Looking in the keyboard.xml file, it indeed has two examples defined (see
below). So the linear output writer is somehow not processing examples
inside Additional Topics. Was this by design for some reason, or simply a bug?

driver that is capable of recording and storing a set of keyboard strokes,
and replaying them at a later time, so a 'keyboard macro' capable driver.
This driver could sit on top of any other driver.
