Here my port to Lazarus of Robert T. Palmqvist's <robert.palmqvist at skanska.se>
WSockets Version 1.10 :

  TCustSocket - A Generic Base Socket Class
  TMyTCPClient - A TCP Client VCL (derived from TCustSocket)
  TMyTCPServer - A TCP Server VCL (derived from TCustSocket)
  TMyUDPClient - A UDP Client VCL (derived from TCustSocket)
  TMyUDPServer - A UDP Server VCL (derived from TCustSocket)
