Description  :
This set of units allows any Dos FreePascal application to use
TCP/IP sockets with the standard sockets API.
(like under Linux/Windows API)

1.0.1 adds a small webserver, and a working 
version of the secundairy packetdriver (pktpm),
which was omited in the first version
