[fpc-pascal]Freetype fixes

Hello all,

    I finally uploaded an update to the Freetype package at my homepage
(http://members.yline.com/~tom_at_work/index.html). It includes some fixes
reported by M. Knapp (author of the GraphiX library) recently.
If you already have the freetype package from his site you don't need to update
because it should already contain these fixes. I just ... errm ... forgot a
little bit about it.
