[fpc-devel] Patch fpmkunit.pp

Here's a patch that implements the install command for fpmake

- BaseInstallDir and Prefix are now PathDelimiter limited (implemented =

in Setter of property), this saves a lot of hassle with rest of code
- TDefaults -> TCustomDefaults
- added TFPCDefaults and TBasicDefaults
- TInstaller -> TCustomInstaller
- added TFPCInstaller and TBasicInstaller
- Implemented BaseInstallDir property in TCustomInstaller
- Added an overloaded Install function
- Added license header

I will add some docs to the wiki on this subject.
