Please don't, since that just makes it hard to add anything. Amend it, and
if you don't have the time, add a warning if you are afraid that it will cause
confusion, but don't delete files.

No. CROSSOPT isn't even. It needs quite some updating, I hope to find time
for it somewhere this summer.
