[fpc-other] jsExplorer new release 2023_11_23

Sometimes the popup menu is very slow to appear in Windows explorer.
I made jsExplorer to access quickly to my usual directories, with a few 
different actions:

  * TortoiseGit Sync
  * Open explorer on the directory
  * Open CLI on the directory (cmd.exe, powershell, git bash ...)
  * Open a CLI with git pull or git status( in Xterm under Linux),
  * Open eventual jsWorks located in 01_jsWorks subdirectory

I work on Linux too so the tool is compiled for Ubuntu too with :

  * git gui for sync
  * pcmanfm for explore
  * gnome-terminal for CLI
  * Xterm for git pull and git status (doesn't work with gnome-terminal)

Some parameters are hard-coded, some other can be tuned via Config Tab, 
they're saved in subdirectory etc/_Configuration.xxxx.json
