[fpc-devel] FPC 3.0.4 released!

Hi,

thanks again for the release, I successfully installed 3.0.4.i386-linux
on debian stretch (Linux 4.9.0-4-686-pae #1 SMP Debian 4.9.51-1
(2017-09-28) i686 GNU/Linux).

Attached patch fixes following issue.

When a user downloads and extracts the archive and
calls ./fpc-3.0.4.i386-linux/install.sh without changing into the
directory (as I did), the script failes not stopping on errors with
confusing output.
