[fpc-devel] One fpc.cfg per fpc version

I mostly use the "clean" approach, but have a simple scripts that swaps
links from ~/bin to ~/fpc/$FPCVERSION/bin

This because I also need access to the fpcmake of 2.6.x for 2.6.x
maintenance etc.
