I've used the fpcUnit's text runner. (a stripper version, but ok) The
problem is that you don't want to compile all those tests. 
Thus the FCL-testsuite shoudn't be compiled, since it won't work or you
don't want to pull the FCL in.

You can't do that with a command line param
